Gin Fizz

I decide to explore two cassic sours – the fizz and the collins now. I do not prepare this cocktails before and this is my first experience. The fizz is realy very old mixed drink from strong alcohol (preferable gin), lemon juice, sugar and carbonated (or aerated) water.
