Hey there. This is Zak Davis from Shmaltz Brewing Company. Thanks so much for picking up that bottle of Rejewvenator. Glad that you enjoyed it. It's a very complex beer that we're brewing with 2 Belgian ale yeasts as well as 1 lager yeast. Keep your eyes out for some of our other brews. We'll have Jewbelation Bar Mitzvah, our anniversary/extreme Chanukah ale coming out in October. L'Chaim!!

Thanks

You're on the right path, Cocktailista! These liqueurs are formulated for cocktails...not for sipping, as you discovered.

Why? We wanted to make it simple and easy for mixologists (and home bartenders, yeah!) to make all-organic and original cocktails – like hibiscus margaritas and jasmine sidecars.

The pros had also requested liqueurs that were less sugary, since you could always sweeten a cocktail but can’t take sugar out. Fruit Lab is actually quite low in sugar at a little over 200 grams per liter...much lower than Cointreau, for example.

We hope Fruit Lab organic liqueurs inspire green minded cocktalians to come up with some cool drinks...so let's get shakin'!

MADD will not stop until the breathalyzer reads 0.0. It's really nothing more to them than an office experiment to see how far they can get some influence nationwide, using the tragic accidents that have happened. There is a drunk driving problem, I agree. Ask Candy Lightner, the founder of MADD, whats really going on. Go ask Mr. Hueley, MADDs Director, what favors he will get if he is successful in having breathalyzers mandatory on all new cars. It's like Candy says, these boys are laughing all the way to the bank.
